CC LIT
The CC LIT program acts as a bridge between being a CC Camper to being a part of the CC Team. Those registered for +Influents’ CC LIT will join our CC Kids and Teens in the Summer DayCamp experience as campers, but will also take part in specialized leaders in training programming.
The skills and knowledge they will gain will not only be useful to them as leaders withing the program setting but will be valuable + functional skills that they can use at school, in their social groups and life in general. These skills will be meaningful and relevant to our +Influents interests and age levels.
+Influents will be presented with a Certificate in Influence + Leadership Training at the end of the program.
This program is open to girls going into Grades 10 and 11.
Due to its specialized nature is limited to 15 +Influents per session.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A +INFLUENT AT CC LIT INCLUDES
- Hands-on participation in Jewelry & Accessory Design, Re-Worked Clothing projects or Fashion Illustration.
- Taking a closer look at fashion blogging, photography, art + creative direction, styling, and illustration
- Taking a leading role in the planning and production of the Fashion Show.
- Walking in the footsteps of CC Counselors and Specialists as they assist a younger group and put their leadership skills to task through teaching that group a DIY project.
- Taking part in workshops geared to expand leadership skills including communications skills, team work, behavior management, developmental stages, lesson + activity planning, co-operative games, project development + more.
- Taking an active role in the camps daily routine and contributing to the positive and fun atmosphere in small and big ways.
- Having the most fun, rewarding and unique summer experience you’ve ever had.
